1.      Make sure your Printer status and requirements
·         Check your printer is turned on.
·         Check your printer is connected to the Internet.
·         Check your Web Services is turned on.
·         Check the printer firmware is up to date.
·         Check the printer control panel for any error messages.

2.      Make sure the email and print job requirements.
·         Make sure the correct printer email address is in the To: field, Cc: field.
·         Attachments per email print job are 10.
·         Size of the email must be 10 MB.
·         Supported document file types: text (.txt), PDF, HTML, Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx), and Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx).
·         Supported photo file types: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, and .tiff.
·         Photos must have a horizontal and vertical resolution of 100 pixels.
·         Digitally signed, protected documents are not supported by HP ePrint.

3.      Make sure HP ePrint Allowed Senders list

When you connect printer on your account, Turn on the Allowed Senders only that allow only listed names in your printer. So make sure the email address you are trying to send from is on the Allowed Senders list.

Follow these steps to check the email address is on the Allowed Senders list

·         click Settings
·         Under the option ePrint Access, Press Allowed Senders Only à  Manage Allowed Senders.


A list of allowed sender emails displays.

·         If the email address is not listed, type the email address you want to allow access to in the text box, and then click Add. The email address you typed displays in the Allowed Senders list.
